—Payment info — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details

—Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, and device info via PostHog analytics

How We Use Your Information

—To process and fulfill your sash orders

—To send order confirmations, updates, and delivery notifications

—To improve SashTale through anonymized usage analytics

—To respond to support inquiries

Phone Numbers & SMS

We collect your phone number only when you voluntarily provide it during transactions, inquiries, or when you opt in to receive notification messages.

SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy.

Opting out

Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Once you opt out, we will not send further SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

—Supabase — authentication and database hosting

—Stripe — secure payment processing

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill orders. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

SashTale uses essential cookies for authentication sessions. Analytics cookies are used by PostHog to understand usage patterns. No advertising cookies are used.
